"Snooze you lose"

This is the Kate Moss for Topshop leather dress that I could of brought on Thursday night. I decided on Friday night that I could justify the price I went on to the website with card in hand, my heart beating fast with a big smile on my face to order it, just to find out that it had sold out. I went over the website over and over again in the vain hope that it had to be there somewhere. It wasn't :(. It is now on ebay for £299.99. So I went through the net and have found a few leather dresses of which do not compare to the cute girly shape of the Kate Moss one but still are great.

This one is by Nicole Farhi I like the shape of this and the olive colour is unusual.

Here is a selection of designer ones and have price tags of £1000 up to £2500 the cute pink one is by Marc Jacobs the one in the corner that looks like the Kate Moss one is Josh Goot and the other long sleeve dress is Jaegar

These are a selection of high street ones. The studded one is by Topshop and is £100 the others are from New Look, Oasis and Warehouse.

I have a saying for this situation and it is snooze you lose.

"Seven year life cycle"

Did you know that we have a seven year life cycle. I didn't until the other day the first cycle starts when we are born and from then on every seven years we will have changes. It is funny because lately I have been thinking about changes and it turns out I am on one of my seven year cycles spooky. Mine is more about my style for a long time I have enjoyed the whole colourful girly vintage dress, tights and cardi look, but lately I have not been interested in this look even returning a beautiful 100% cashmere coral cardigan very odd. I now want a harder rock chick vintage look and feel totally unhappy with everything in my wardrobe (not good). I have experimented with this look a few times but always felt it was not me but lately I have enjoyed my biker jacket and studded cuffs and know that this is the direction I want to go in. Now I do feel this is all down to my seven year cycle.
Now the next move do I stick my wardrobe on ebay and start again or do I work with what I have in my wardrobe and style with accessories?
My friends were totally shocked when I came back from a lunch time shopping spree with a flat pair of biker boots their faces were a picture. People who know me are finding this all a little strange but sometimes change is as good as a rest.

A few things to help me recreate my existing wardrobe. I loved the Darcie DM but these Chelsea boot version are so cute. The suede lace up peep toe boots are great and will look good with girly dresses to give the look a more edgy feel. I have loads of blazers but the lace one is so different and I don't have one that is as long as the one above. I also love fur at the moment and cant wait to see what the High Street offers but I like this waistcoat. H&M have some great fur pieces but are not in store yet. The boots are available at Urban Outfitters and the jackets are all from Topshop.

"Kate Moss for Topshop"

Kate Moss for Topshop Fall 09 launches in store tomorrow her eleventh collection. I like the whole rock chick look of the campaign but can't help feeling that I have seen it before. The laddered tights look cool with the chosen outfits and the black and white pictures give it the rock edge but as for the clothes well she looks great in them and their are some fab pieces using sequins and fake fur which are both a big trend for next season. I will be making my way down to Topshop to have a look and their is a really cute culotte jumpsuit that for me is worth having a look at. I only own a few pieces of Kate Moss for Topshop but they are very unusual beautiful pieces that have real personality and that is what I will be looking for in this collection.

"OMG hot hot hot looks for A/W09"

How hot are these two looks? OMG they are from Fabulous Magazine free supplement with News of the World of all mags. Anyway I went straight on to River Island website for that knitted all in one and guess what not there I cant wait I need it and want it now. The boots on the first picture are from ASOS also not available yet arghhhh! I know it is not right to wish this beautiful weather away but I am soooo excited about A/W.
