Model Behaviour

Last week I modeled for House of Fraser for an event they had at Goodwood Race Course one of the models dropped out last minute and they asked me if I would mind filling in. I cant tell you how nervous I was but after a couple of outfit changes I quite enjoyed it. Behind the scenes was so funny as we all stripped off and put on the next outfit my dresser was fab and made sure everything was perfect before I hit the runway.

Its a jungle out there

Time to pull out the pink shorts love this colour teamed with black stops it being all cute and girly and these boots go with everything I even tried them on with a backless sequin dress and it worked. I am thinking of buying another pair just in case something happens to these ones as I really do not think I could live without them

Here comes the sun

omfg the sun is shining and it is hot hot hot. I have had this skirt from Miss Selfridge a while now but with all the wind and greyness I have not had a chance to wear it and it was a bargainlicious price of £12.00 with an extra 20% off staff discount. I dont normally shop in Miss S but the other day on my little hunt around the store I found it and loved the print.

I really do love the style of the beautiful girls from California and with the likes of Spanish Moss, Free People and Nasty Girl on there doors steps they really can find the most amazing clothes sadly for us in the UK who love this style we on the other hand have to wait ages, pay high shipping costs and even higher custom charges (sad face). So I try to source the same look from UK websites and I was really pleased when I found these lace flared pants from an ebay seller and a bargain £5.99 check them out here

Hey dolls I am really confused as to where summer has gone today was overcast but warm so I made the most of it and put on a pair of shorts these are the black version of the white ones I posted about here

A Friend is ........

.....someone who shares. My friend at work came strolling in yesterday with this Fashion Against Aids leather body harness on from H&M. I was like omg I love it can I borrow it and he said have it I will get another next week how sweet cheers Le Le love you x.

I wore it casually today but the tan leather will look awesome teamed with dresses.

Hey dolls giving you a nod to the 70's my fav era ever in this old but well loved cheesecloth (such a 70's fabric) all in one from ASOS. This is so easy to throw on dress up down whatever and has been on many nights out and holidays with me. I just had to add some leopard print in the form accessories I will never go off leopard I just know when I am old I will still be rocking a little bit of leo.

Laced Up

Kaftan H&M, Leggings Style Stalker via ASOS, Jacket Day Birger, Boots Topshop

So chickens I have turned my attention to autumn looks not from choice but because the weather has decided to bypass summer and go straight to autumn. I know I am going to live in these leggings last seen here and this Day Birger jacket has to be my favourite piece in my wardrobe at the mo the only downside is that it is not good in the rain which is why I have not been able to wear it that much I love the sequin detail on the back.

Homemade

I am loving rings with large stones or crystals and I have had no luck finding such gems on UK websites so I decided to give it a go myself sadly I could not find any fancy casings so I went for simple ring bases and armed with a tube of super glue went about sticking stones on to them and the results is the above not too shabby hey chickens

Hey chickens how cute is the Mulberry handbag balloon I got into work the other day an hour early don't ask me why so I decided to use the hour constructively and have a nose around the store the Mulberry department was full of these balloons so I had to snag one for myself and then I was having a hunt around the womenswear floor and found this cute jumpsuit my first sale purchase of the season so far.

So far June sucks the weather is horrible and with the start of sale I am flat out at work and back to a six day working week that sucks the most but ASOS came and saved my mood by stocking the Style Stalker Snakebite leggings and these babies now belong to me you can see how pissed I am in these photos lol no not really I just cant smile in front of a camera more inside pics as yep you guessed it, it is chucking it down again. I swear if I hear the word drought one more time on the News I will scream xoxo

She sells sea shells on the sea shore

I have started to become a little more than attracted to shells it all started with the Day Birger necklace and then there was the street vendor at Brighton selling all things shell like on the sea front and then after a bit of a clear out yesterday (what else could I do on such a horrible wet day) I found some little shell beauties hiding in my cupboards.

I was so busy going on about the lace trimmed shorts a few posts back that I forgot to mention the infamous silver H&M jumper I have wanted it for ages and I sooooo did not think I would get my hands on one but I found this the last one left in my size in Brighton could not contain my excitement. The silver bangle is from a street vendor on the sea front at Brighton she had some fab pieces so it only seemed right to indulge xoxo
