Cardigan Stefanel, Vest H&M Vintage Leather Shorts ebay, Boots Spartoo, Hat Stefanel

I have had this cardi for a while now and what I love about the change from August to September is the slight drop in temperature which means that chunky knit and shorts becomes a fab transitional outfit. I have never loved an item of clothing as much as I do this cardi as soon as I saw it on the Stefanel department at work I knew I had to have it. I also love how the front of the cardi is the tigers face and the back is it's tail and I could not resist the hat too xoxo

Spaceman

I love how edgy this hair colour makes my outfits looks esp for work I have picked about five black dresses which are beautifully cut but hey lets face it anyone can rock a well cut black dress so I decided to colour my hair more silver so that my look was slightly more edgy and it has worked. I will post some work outfits soon so you can see what I mean. I have set up blogger on my iPhone so I might use that.

I got the silver Zara trousers in the end and I love them I was originally going to get the snakeskin ones but they had sold out of my size I am glad they did as theses are awesome naturally I teamed them with black and silver accessories and these boots are the perfect partner with the patent toe and silver heel.

Feather Drop Earrings

It's not anything new but it is something to try single drop feather earrings as seen on the Isabel Marant runway yes I am obsessed by her she totally sums up my style. Little Wing Feathers have an amazing selection of drop feather earrings with cute little twists check them out here.

Locked out

Ha ha I took these pictures and like an idiot shut the door behind me and ended up being locked out. The side gate was locked so I had no choice but to walk all the way round to the back of the house luckily the back door open.

Anyways I found the jacket in the shed while I was hunting around for things to sell at the car boot sale I think it was my brothers shhhh it was darkest indigo blue not what I wanted so I took a bottle of bleach to it ha ha hope my bro doesn't want it back. Forgot to show you guys the back of it I have used some of my iron on studs and put a triangle on the back. Have you guys noticed a little micro trend for the triangle????? there is a super cute necklace at UO that I might treat myself too.

Hey dolls some of you noticed a change in my hair colour on yesterdays post. I did a bit of a diy on it and put a lilac dye through my hair I mixed it with conditioner so the colour was not so intense I am pleased with the results and love the blue, silver tones. I did get a bit scared and washed it off after about 5 mins it was meant to be left on for 15 it is certainly something I am going to maintain the lilac colour also toned down the yellow in my hair and that is why it looks so much whiter. If you are interested in what I did I used Directions hair dye in lilac I mixed half dye with half of my usual hair conditioner and applied to my hair like a hair treatment pretty simple :)

A Magpies Dream

I got this jacket a while ago in the sales I have worn it loads it looks great thrown over anything. I am also wearing my diy shorts they remind me of a glitter ball loving all the silver so I just piled on my silver jewellery for added silver appeal.

I think I am losing my mojo too guys ha ha I cant find a freaking pair of boots I always buy at least one pair of boots a season and I cant find anything I like the bloody Litas come into stock when I am skint and once I have the money they are out of stock again. I hate too say this but I am not even liking Topshops offerings omg what is wrong with me.

Car Booting

Hey dolls I did a car boot sale on yesterday I have a little system with my old clothes first they go on ebay if they don't sell on there they go to a car boot sale and whatever is left after that goes to the charity shop. Ha ha look how tired I look in the last pic I was up at 5.30am the downside of car booting you need to get there early to get a good pitch and to avoid queuing. I made £150 not bad as most of what I was selling was going for £1 or 50p.

I took time out to have a nose around and found these gorgeous bracelets and the chunky fisherman knit jumper a grand total of £4.00

Grey Hair

All that Glitters is not Gold

So with a new season comes the thoughts of a new wardrobe and I have decided that I want to add a bit of glitter to my AW11 wardrobe to give my outfits a bit of a glam rock feel. So when this top turned up at work I was like "it's mine"

I have also got my eye on the silver Zara trousers here but I also like the snake print ones here

I look a bit like the bird out of Abba ha ha amazing what a glitter top can transform you into xoxo

Studded

I have been inspired by all the amazing customised Levis there are out there so I thought I would give it ago. I found a supplier on ebay selling iron on studs check them out here so much easier to apply as you don't need any tools I used two packs of the 10mm studs to do this. You just arrange them where you want then and simply iron them on once applied iron them again on the reverse and voila.

Matchy Matchy

I found these boots while having a clear out and the hair colour was actually a mistake thankfully on a set of hair extensions it was meant to be burgundy yeah right more like crazy pink anyways I was like the boots match my hair so I just had to wear them together I got lots of crazy looks lol.

The Pierces

I am off work this week and lounging around as you do watching morning TV I normally have it on as background noise but the other morning not only did my ears prick up but my eyes were also glued to the images on the TV as I watched two very stylish chicks preform they were "The Pierces" I know their music of course but had never really taking much notice of them but I am loving their style.

Feathered

My ears are pierced but I don't wear earrings never seen the point as my hair always covers them up and I have a weird paranoia about sagging earlobes ha ha you know when you look at old peoples earlobes and they are like mega long well I've always had this idea that it was down to prolonged wearing of heavy earrings so I decided to pass on them. I have now changed my mind when a parcel from the lovely Elle of Little Wing Feathers arrived and in it was the most amazing feather drop earrings. Check out the one I am wearing here

Favs

So weird all the money I spend on clothes and everything I own and the way I feel most comfortable is like this. I really don't think you can beat a basic vest and denim cut offs for me always teamed with boots (I don't like my ankles ha ha and boots hide them). I would wear this all day everyday but it is soooo not practical for many reasons and it would be tres boring for you guys.

How do you guys feel most comfortable???

Isabel Marant Inspiration

I don't think Isabel Marant ever gets a season wrong. They say the devil is in the detail and she loves detail I always enjoy looking closely at her runway show for the finer details and the one thing that caught my eye from her AW11 collection had to be the horn necklace now available on net a porter here. I so need a big yeti coat too this season. She really is an inspiration.

I knew I had to have these pants by Style Stalker the moment I saw them on the ASOS website. I love pieces that you can just throw on and make a statement without trying and these babies tick that box

Sometimes it is nice to throw on a couple of basic pieces and since I have been working flat out the last couple of weeks I decided today that I just wanted to be "dressed down". Amazing how jewellery can revamp these basics away dolls I am off to enjoy a long awaited day off xoxo

Hey dolls I have been trying to find a pair of elasticated leather shorts since I saw the Chloe ones on Net a Porter ages ago but at £820 they were a little out of my price range so I was super happy when I found these ones they are so perfect for a night out and I am thinking teamed with black tights they should take me well into autumn too.

Rusty

I have been adding pieces to my AW11 wardrobe and there seems to be a pattern emerging and it is rusty tones. It all started with the Stefanel cardigan and then I could not resist the hat also by Stefanel a quick lunchtime shop in my local H&M and I walked out with two pairs of rusty trousers.

Toot Sweet

Another jumper from Primark I am not normally a pink kind of gal run the risk of looking like a Barbie doll with the blonde hair but I really liked this shade and knew I had a few outfits I could team it with. I am really impressed with Primarks knitwear defo worth a look.
