It is coming to the end of summer and I could not resist this tee and hat from Urban Outfitters. I am a total sucker for a floppy hat so I had to have it, I was totally drawn to the elephant print on the tee just could not walk away from it. I also scored myself the Kooples skull bikini, it is freaking awesome and will be perfect for my little trip I have planned in May to Santa Monica. I am so excited as it has been something I have wanted to do for ages. I am buying lots of summer things at the moment and justifying them to myself with "they will be perfect for California" I bet you guys can so relate to this. 

Longhorn

I have been lusting after this Vanessa Mooney longhorn necklace since seeing Sarah from Nostalgic Feather rocking it. I scored mine from The Native State , a UK website that stocks some fabulous brands like Spell, Vanessa Mooney and 2 Bandits, Frankie the owner has lovingly hand picked each brand and this website has quickly become one of my favourites for accessories. I am waiting for the Spell dreamweaver bag to come back into stock.

Wow!! we have had some fab weather down here in the South this weekend, a little snippet of summer and such a perfect way to end my week off. I am back at work today totally stoked that I had really good weather for the whole week,  makes me less gutted about not having a holiday this year. I think anywhere can feel amazing when the sun shines everything seems so much more chilled out, eating breakfast on the patio is the best feeling in the world totally felt like I was abroad.

It is that AX Paris tee again it has flashes of purple in it so my diy cut offs seemed like the perfect match.

I received this tee in the post the other day from the lovely guys  AX Paris, it was perfect for yesterday teamed with my old but faithful snakebite leggings, the sun was shining so I put a hat on to shield my face from those damaging rays and then I thought I would take some pics striping down the accessories. I am also wearing my latest ring from Topshop here if you are interested.

Total change of subject are you guys watching Celebrity Big Brother? (I cant believe I am owning up to this one of my guilty pleasures) one reason has got me hooked, I am loving Jasmine Lennards style all the time she is in there I am watching I have got a feeling she will be going soon people just hate chicks like her.

Patchwork

Jeans Stefanel, Jumper H&M, Boots Next, Hat Stefanel

I am so not a big fan of jeans and rarely wear them but the idea of patchwork ones appealed so when these ones went down in the Stefanel sale I snapped them up if I do wear jeans they are normally skinny so this shape is a first for me I kinda like the laid back feel about them. I got the jumper ages ago and this is the first time I have worn it not really sure why just one of those pieces that ended up being chucked in the wardrobe and forgotten about which is weird as I normally cant wait to wear new purchases. I love the knit and the cut out detail on the back and it team perfectly with the jeans.

I am waiting in for my Topshop order the only thing is I ordered two pieces I have had an email saying that they have only sent part of my order (arghh dont you just hate that) and I am not sure which piece of my order is missing I am hoping it is not this jacket oh well I will have to wait and see.

Buckle Up

I am loving boots with buckles The Kooples have an amazing pair which I am totally excited about and cant wait for them to arrive in store. Then obvs their is the Office Nighthawks and Chloe Susanna boots how awesome are the python skin ones yours for a cool £1103 here and Jeffrey Campbell have done there own version and of course Topshop have done theirs too here and here . On a different note how amazing is that Kooples eagle belt I might just have to invest they have them in stock at work ;)

I  feel like I have not done an outfit post for ages and then I go and do one wearing the same tee I wore in my last outfit post. The skirt was a sale bargain I picked up the other day it was reduced to £25.00 with a cheeky little staff discount I got it for £20.00 I am not a big sale shopper but sometimes when all the hype has died down I like to have a little nose and see if there are any gems left sometimes I get lucky sometimes I dont but it really is worth a look.

Inked Eye of Horus

I thought I would share one of my new tattoos with you it is the Eye of Horus an Egyptian symbol that I have been fascinated with for years I had this and an infinity sign inked onto the inside of my ring finger last week. I have a few more planned. When I come up with an idea for a tattoo I think about it for a year or so and if I still feel the same way about it I go ahead and have it done this stops me being impulsive and ending up with something I have got bored with or dont like anymore.

Leather Pencil Skirt Inspo

I have got myself a leather pencil skirt in a gorgeous damson colour for AW12. It is going to look awesome teamed with ankle boots and printed tees for a rockier edgy look.

Hair Care

I have been getting a few emails and comments about my hair just to clear everything up sadly I am not blessed with this length hair just a great ebay seller here selling 24" hair extensions at a super cheap price. I use a purple shampoo on my hair a couple of times a week to get rid of yellow tones that blonde hair can be prone to I use Bonacure Silver Shampoo by Schwarzkopf here I tried the Lee Stafford Bleach Blonde Shampoo here but it was more of a pink tone than purple so I stopped using it. I do like his products tho they are good value for money and Boots are always doing some kind of offer on them at the mo I am  using his Hair Growth treatment and Argan Oil treatment. I am a bit of a dry shampoo addict mainly for volume. I have poker straight hair blessed some of you may think but I hate it so I curl my hair with Jose Eber curling irons here. Oh yeah and as you all are aware I am trying to grow out my fringe and my mum is a hairdresser bonus :))))

I love these freaking boots I am thinking I need to get them in the blue as I am sure I will regret it if I dont. They give even the simplest outfits an edge. Topshop have the most amazing boots in at the moment I pretty much want every pair that hits "new in". I wore this other day to go and get my tattoos done. The tattoo shop where I went is like a two minute walk from where I live so I will defo be going back the dude that did them was amazing too and such a great guy here is his Tumblr I have a few more planned. I like little meaningful symbols.
