The lovely guys over at AX Paris contacted my saying they had a studded biker jacket and did I want to style it up for them, obvs I jumped at the chance. The jacket has a subtle studded collar and I love that it has silver studs and gold zips, I love mixing metals and this means it can easily be worn with silver or gold.

I decided to style the jacket up in two ways an evening and a daytime look. I love the mix of all the leather in the daytime look, the metal toe H&M boots are the perfect finishing touch. My second outfit was for a casual night out, I thought my Harley tee was a great match for the biker jacket.

So I caved and brought the bell bottoms by Novella Royale, I scored mine from Free People here I signed up for emails and got 15% off them, there is also free shipping until the end of November. I am so happy that Free People now have a UK based website. I have noticed that they are charging slightly more than the US but to be fair custom charges and international delivery would cost a lot more.

I thought I would do a post showing off my new umbrella, my friend brought it for my birthday. It rains soooo much in the UK that an umbrella is almost as important as shoes. This one is from Urban Outfitters and is aztec print (bonus), the colourful print brightens up the grey, rain filled skies check it out here 

I am also wearing my new H&M kicks, I have been after a pair of metal toe boots for ages, I had my eye on the Zara ones here but saw these in my local H&M (last pair my size when does that ever happen) and thought they will do.

Novella Royale

You have to check out Novella Royale named after the daughter of the designer Mary Myres, from the fabrics, prints and styles it is all just so wonderfully perfect. I literally want everything on the website and they have bell bottoms to die for. They have a pretty good Tumblr here too. I don't think you guys will be disappointed. Bonus they are also stocked at Planet Blue, there is a Planet Blue store in Santa Monica and guess where I am going next year, I totally know where I will be heading.

Grey Gardens

I can't believe that I nearly walked away from this coat, I love it and it makes such a statement. This outfit totally needed red lippie, otherwise I would of be drowning in a sea of grey. I really do love my beanies, I am pleased to see that there are loads around this season, I will totally be stocking up. My favs have to be from Free People and now they have a UK based online store, us chicks in the UK don't have to pay stupid delivery and custom charges winning. ASOS have got some awesome ones too, I have invested in a few of their oversized boyfriend ones, they come in loads of different colours and for £7 they are a total bargain check them out here 

New In from Zara

I have been planning a trip to my nearest Zara's (20 miles away) for ages. I have been loving everything that I have seen you guys rocking and the "new in's" on the website. I was a little disappointed when I got there, the website totally had more choice, all the boots I wanted to try/buy were not there, no studded leather biker style jackets. Anyways I did mange to pick up two amazing tops (the last ones on the rail) that I had spotted online and they are pretty fabulous, both have a bit of an Isabel Marant feel about them. I totally recommend both tops, the embellished one was a bday pressie from my mum.

It is my bday today I picked these pants up the other day in Toppers part of my birthday presents, I needed a new pair my pleather pants get worn to death, I find H&M or Topshop do the best ones. I liked these as the higher waist and cropped leg made them look a bit different, I kinda felt that they had an Isabel Marant feel about them. I am total obsessed by her I just wished I had the budget to buy the real deal, luckily the high street seem to be just inspired by her and you can really feel her influence out there.  

I scored the Ying & Yang ring on ebay it is a little different as it is a poison ring. I just love ebay for finding things that you just would not get on the high street.

Anyway dolls I have cards to open, cake to eat and fun things planned.

My Kinda Coat

I am a sucker for fur coats, I have built up a bit of collection over the years (they even have there own wardrobe), they will never date and just like everything that I own, they give maximum impact with minimal effort. I am such a lazy dresser.

I have been wanting a long hair, shaggy coat for ages but never seemed to find the perfect one, until I saw this beaut in Topshop here the ombre fur was to hard to resist and after nearly an hour in the fitting (no jokes my mum was pulling her hair out) deciding between the size 10 or size 8, I finally made a decision (size 8) and now it is mine.

The reviews on Topshops website about it were a bit harsh, I can see that if you are worried about adding bulk then this coat totally would not be for you. I don't care fur coats always make you look a little bulky and I am used to this. I just love it for the statement piece that it is.

Golden Oldies Rock !!!!!!

I got this Karen Millen coat ages ago, it might even be classed as vintage :P. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, I rushed to the bank and got them to increase my overdraft so I could get it (back in the day b4 the "credit crunch") anyways if you times how much it costed (including the interest) by how may times I have worn it then it was pretty cheap.


 I never know if I am boring or not, my style has not really changed that much, I can drag pieces out from years ago and they still go with my current wardrobe. I suppose that is what personal style is about, I totally think I can easily grow old with my style and not look like mutton. It is my birthday this week that is why I am referring to "growing old" oh and before you ask I am totally not telling you my age ha ha

I know this Givenchy inspired tee has been all over the blogosphere, I wanted to put my spin on it, mine arrived last night and it is a pretty rad tee. I have enjoyed watching different bloggers style it up, it must be the hottest blogger item of the moment. Taken these freaking pics were a nightmare it is gale force winds out there today. I was totally fearing for my hair extensions looking at these pics I totally should of put a beanie on.
