You might remember my H&M maxi dress from this post last year. Well it has now been transformed into a fringed creation. I told you guys I am going to be rocking fringing next season I am going to team this with a floppy hat denim cut offs and my kimono. I am also thinking it will look fab thrown over a bikini.
