How many of us stopped what we was doing at 16.00PM GMT and watched the amazing and beautifully presented and much awaited Burberry show with a show stopping front row and snow :) turning the runway into a designer winter wonderland. Christopher Bailey called his AW11 collection "The Shrimpton" after the stunning 60's model Jean Shrimpton.
I'm so torn on this collection! Kind of gorgeous, kind of typical Burberry. Some of the coats were AMAZING!

ReplyDeleteI was late putting the chicken in, because of this! Worth eating later though!
ReplyDeleteLove this collestion - less rock than usual but elegant yet experimental. Especially adore that white dress with a semicircle cutout at the back. I'm sure I've seen a similiar one in Asos... :)

I really liked it, some of those coats i could die for!! And the music was perfect for the look. Its so nice that the fashion industry is opening up for everyone to watch!
ReplyDeleteIt's unfortunate that Burberry has such bad connotations in the UK as their recent collections have been absolutely gorgeous. Must dig out my burberry cap again, ha, ha!!! xxx
ReplyDeleteAww, love the Shrimp! Undecided on the collection though...
