DIY Levis

PhotobucketPhotobucket Photobucket

It is no secret that I am a big fan of the Levi cut off I have been busy customizing some the past week inspired by Lenni  I got this Aztec fabric from ebay here and I had a go at covering one side of a pair it was surprisingly easy and I am stoked with the results. I also bleached one side of another pair both these DIY's cost under a fiver. All you need is a little patience.
I am finding it so hard to get Levis 501 for a good price a couple of years ago you could pick them up on ebay for well under £5.00 now they are going for triple that supply and demand I suppose.

  2. I absolutely love the Aztec ones. I was thinking of DIY-ing an Aztec pocket onto a t-shirt for my boyfriend so that link will come in handy :) I know what you mean about Levis, vintage shops are selling them for like £20! I always thought I could get them much cheaper on ebay but apparently not these days.

  7. i know what you mean about finding cheap levi's, i got mine for like £4, a pair of FULL JEANS aswell! i'm devastated you can't purchase them for under £15 now. even vintage shops are selling them for like £25+ and they're in terrible condition.

you have to check the mens section too, they do have some smallers sizes in there....and try to be as open as you can with your search terms :) i'm a pro at searching the internet for things! i'm a cheapskate, haha.

love these by the way. i've just got myself some of this fabric, and some horse tapestry fabric, too.
